REQUIREMENTS: ALL Applicants must be:

• Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)
• Legally Eligible to Work in the US
• May be expected to travel where the project requires (multi-state opportunities)
• Additional Requirements for Craftworkers:
• Able to Pass a Drug Test
• Must have own transportation to and from jobsite every work day (driver's license not required)
• 18 years of Age

Primary function: Assist all Journeymen
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• May run errands for supplies and/or tools.
• Maintains a clean and hazard free work site.
• Other tasks as required by the Foreman.
• Responsible for hand tools and/or power tools for whatever craft they are assisting at this time.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

• Welcome feedback from craftspersons.
• Must be able to work easily and skillfully with hands.
• Observe all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions to management.
• Must be committed to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
• Support Crowder Construction Company’s goals and values by consistently being on time, and following instructions and responding to craftsperson’s directions.
• Worker must strive to continuously build knowledge and skills by listening and getting clarification.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or high structures.
• Must follow policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push objects weighting up to 50 pounds.
