About The Job

We are looking to hire electrician helpers who want to continue to learn the trade. This position is Full Time and based in the Clewiston, FL area. Starting Pay is $12-$14 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus employee benefits valued at up to an additional $5 per hour.

Qualifications:

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Below gives you a sense of what we are looking for, but every application will be considered:

• Efficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a timely manner
• Communication skills
• Clean and valid Driver's License
• Eagerness to learn the electrical trade
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment is a bonus, but not required

Upon passing a Company approved course and/or training, the Company will pay 100% tuition reimbursement. Moreover, an employee who requests and receives Company approved sponsorship for an apprenticeship program through IEC or another accredited electrical apprenticeship program will have their tuition paid in advance. The company has full discretion to approve or deny said tuition reimbursement. Any employee who is interested in this benefit should reach out to Human Resources and their direct Supervisor.
