Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Groton, CT

Duration: 12 Months


:


  • Data Entry and Tracking within ServiceNow and Microsoft Excel
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Acts as center hub for communication between Software Technicians, Imaging Technicians, Shipping & Receiving and end-users.
  • Inventory Management of imaged and pre-imaged assets
  • Ticket Management within ServiceNow – Processing tickets to schedule for software installation or close out to initiate delivery to location.


Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions

Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction

Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system
