- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Provide timely resolution or escalation of problems to the appropriate technical personnel.
- Coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot incoming calls and emails.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Document and maintain accurate database records for all services provided.
- Three or more years IT support experience; helpdesk, training or technical support preferred.
- Requires valid driver's license and ability to self-transport between district sites.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Continually develop and maintain database for tracking of assets and jobs.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Desire and aptitude to work with technical materials and equipment in a structured environment.
- Experience with desktop management/software deployment applications.
- Consistent attention to detail.
- Experience in a Google environment.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with building personnel.
- Assist Field Techs with installation of permanent equipment at district locations
- Assist in continuous technology training to end-users.
- Provide support services to District personnel with technical and information technology issues on computers, software, telephone, peripherals, and other network related services.
- Ensure that requests for assistance are properly logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner according to agreed standards and procedures.
- GED or High School diploma required. Additional post-secondary education or training, and employment experience in relevant IT area preferred.
- Test and implement software applications for district use and maintain appropriate records.
