Head of Talent Management
Our client is looking for an expert in Talent Management to join their growing global Talent Management team. You will own the strategy and implementation of important processes, programs, and policies that ensure that we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time as they grow.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with senior leaders and HR, refine and upgrade our Performance Review process and philosophy to make it both more useful and more efficient as we scale.
- Foster a culture of feedback across the company, unlocking performance and supporting development.
- Build and align talent management programs to ensure they are integrated with our strategic talent agenda.
Requirements:
- Partner management skills; you pride yourself on building relationships and broad organizational influence.
- 5+ years of experience focused on building and scaling talent programs, globally.
- Business acumen, data analysis skills and an understanding of how talent systems and strategies create business impact.
- Can translate vision into executable strategy, has experience delivering impactful results in complex, high-demand settings.
- Worked in large enterprise companies and smaller early stage growth companies and has a balance of strategy and hands-on execution experience.
- Change leadership, able to break through the noise in a business, to pivot when needed and to stay focused on the most important goals.
