Job Description
Position: Head of HR
Industry leading company in the Blockchain space seeking proven HR leader to manage hyper-growth phase. Role is located in NY, relocation is available.
Responsibilities
  • Recruiting! You will recruit talent for multiple roles while leading the department.
  • Lead recruiting efforts on all fronts as we enter hyper-growth stage of company development.
  • Create standards and streamline recruiting life-cycle from initial lead generation through the offer stage and beyond.
  • Represent the organisation online and at industry events to build brand awareness and profile.
  • Align internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for the candidates.
  • Develop on-boarding strategy and material for new hires.
  • Work with company leadership and department heads to execute strategy of attracting and securing top talent.
  • Manage external vendors and department budget.
Requirements:
  • Love of scaling exciting projects and infectious enthusiasm for greatness.
  • Proven ability to work in early-stage start-up environments to build teams.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with some HR leadership.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close new candidates.
