Job Description

This position is with a financial services firm located in the Tampa Bay Area. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Leading the sales and revenue pipeline, reporting on reporting on financial projects and risk to senior leadership team
  • Monitoring product and competitor updates, and relaying that information to the sales organization
  • Working closely with the President of Sales and CFO to monitor trends within the organization and across market to evolve value propositions and effectiveness
  • Build strong and ongoing communication with a network of prospective clients, personal contacts, and centers of influence through active networking and upholding a high-profile presence in the community
  • Driving revenue by setting in place best practices on discovery, prospecting and creating new business


Qualifications:

  • Financial services/ Fintech Background
  • 8-10+ years strong relevant experience
  • History of overachieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Bachelors degree required
