Job Description

As Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing you will be working at one of our new facilities and you will be a key player as we grow manufacturing processes there. You should have experience helping us pivot from an EUA to a 510k for this role. This person will also need to develop various systems including a lot tracker/planner because there are critical matches between device lots and reagent lots that need to be maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience as a supervisor to assist in developing recommendations for equipment purchases and validation of equipment. You will also be interacting with R&D and product transfer groups to assist in the development of production scale-up and optimization. You should also have experience handling non-conformances, CAPAs, and customer complaints.

You should have 10 years or more experience that can include technical experience as well as management experience. You must have a scientific degree to qualify for this role. Other aspects of this role will include working on validation protocols and risk assessments. As we work on our line of molecular diagnostics, this role will also be heavily involved with manufacturing on that end too.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,000 - $94,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
