Guest Services Representative - Part-Time - Childrens Harbor

This is a part-time position working days, 20 hours per week, in Children#s Harbor at Children#s of Alabama # Job Summary Provides a range of customer service and administrative support at the Children#s Harbor Family Center through the handling of reception duty, and acts as the representative of the center to Children#s Health Systems, community groups, government/agencies, and other organizations with whom The Family Center relates Education High School graduate equivalent or GED, minimum. Experience Excellent telephone manners and ability to meet the public and present the concepts of the program is a must. Must know how to operate and utilize standard office equipment (i.e. computer, printers, telephones, facsimile machines, calculators, copiers, voice-mail, Intranet and Internet, and etc.). Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries State of Alabama motor vehicle driving license required.
