Guest Experience Manager


Join our team as Guest Experience Manager and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, your will be responsible for curating unique and personalized experiences that create truly memorable stays for our guests. The ideal candidate is accomodating, well organized, creative, and able to confidently interact with our guests in a warm and welcoming manner. He or she will be adaptable to business demands and have a natural focus for customer service excellence. This role will at times require advanced problem solving to quickly resolve any guest concerns to the guests satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead a team of guest experience professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversees all Suite, Residence, and VIP bookings from pre-arrival through departure.
  • Greet all VIP and Special Attention guests upon arrival.


Required Qualifications


  • Influential communication skills (verbal and written), a keen eye for detail, and robust computer skills are key for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Front Office, Guest Service, or related discipline and leadership experience.
  • Previous customer service related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Working knowledge of Property Management system Opera & ALICE Suite.
  • First Aid certification.
