Betches Media is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be an integral part of our Design Team. This person will work closely with our brand partners to achieve design goals across all projects by working with their deadlines and completing their requests. You will design various types of digital & social content, as well as merchandise.

The ideal candidate is a Betches fan, who can naturally concept, design and create content for our brand partners. You should have a strong knowledge base of graphic design and designing within social media platforms, along with excellent layout and typographic skills. This role reports into the Senior Art Director, and will be charged with assisting the entire design and content team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ability to design digital media assets using adobe platforms as well as social media tools
• Ability to design in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and collaborate with quick turn around times
• Be the liaison between internal sales, partnerships teams, and internal designers
• Work cross functionally to create presentations for outside events, office events, branded content and more
• Strong ability to story tell through Betches voice and tone
• Ability to ideate & design products for merchandise
• Comfortable with edits and brand partners requests
• Conceptualize and design branded digital content for Betches Media Social and web platforms. This will include media such as static & motion graphics
• Knowledge of designing & packaging files for print for marketing materials and merchandise
• Ability to conceptualize and execute high-end, visually stimulating content utilizing graphic design, video, and motion graphics while managing timelines

Requirements:

• Highly experienced in taking creative ideas and translating them to visual presentations
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 3-5 years of digital design experience at a branded content studio, creative advertising agency or editorial publishing company.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations when designing with brand partners
• Proven graphic design experience in social, digital platforms; must provide link to your portfolio- linked on resume is acceptable.
• Experience designing and creating mock-ups for merchandise and printed collateral
• Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and have experience with basic motion graphics using After Effects
• Professionalism regarding meeting brand partner’s deadlines

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
