Graphic Designer Jobs

Seldin Company is seeking a Graphic Designer at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska.

What You Will Do

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating various marketing pieces for the Seldin Company portfolio and assisting the Marketing Department with special projects as needed to meet the overall objectives of the department and company. They are responsible for aspects of graphic design that create engaging and creative materials that visually represent the company brand.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

• Proof designs for errors before printing or publishing.
• Complete property photo and video shoots as requested, retouch digital photos perform photo enhancements and file conversions.
• Provide solid copywriting and copy editing on assigned Work with third-party vendors and on-site associates to create and write ads for print media, competitive messaging for property websites, and other advertisement mediums to generate qualified traffic.
• Work with various marketing vendors to ensure timely and quality production and customer satisfaction.
• Create brochures, flyers, logos, floorplans, advertising pieces, promotional items, signs and banners, and templates for Seldin Company communities while maintaining brand standards. Ensure all work is performed according to Seldin Company Policies, State Landlord Tenant Law, and all Federal Fair Housing Regulations

Education, Licenses or Certifications

• Two or more years of experience and/or schooling required.
• A degree in marketing or graphic design is preferred.

Experience Required

• A multifamily or commercial real estate marketing background a plus.
• Strong design skills required, high comfort level using Adobe Create Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator
• High comfort level/experience using Adobe Creative Suite Required (InDesign & Photoshop). Experience with brand development projects is a plus. Experience using a DSLR camera and video editing is also preferred.
