WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR FULL TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER?

• Perform all other duties as assigned by management professionally and efficiently
• Work efficiently on a Mac in the Adobe Creative Suite while continually striving to learn and advance knowledge. Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom & Photoshop
• Artistic ability, an eye for design and layout and a passion for creativity
• Providing input on the best strategies to meet client goals
• Juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines while producing quality work
• Produce various forms of visual communications for a wide range of marketing and advertising projects. This includes digital media such as social graphics, email marketing, web graphics, banner ads, presentations, and more, plus print work such as outdoor, advertisements, and collateral.
• Learning and managing client brands
• Thinking strategically about each project’s unique needs
• Self-Starter, works well with little to no supervision
• Contribute to elevating our design product to ensure we continue providing the level of excellence we are known for.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• The ability to adapt images and ideas across various communications channels
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• Excellent team player as well as ability to independently handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Self-motivation and ability
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Products
• Ability to be flexible and able to adapt personal approach and working style to accommodate the project or client needs
• Detail Oriented
• Desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in Mac based environment is preferred
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills
