APPLICANT GUIDELINES

• Candidate cover letters should fully respond to the following questions/requests:
  • Please clearly indicate which concentration area you are interested in obtaining.
  • Please indicate if you will have any academic obligations (classes, projects, etc.) during the period of June 21, 2023 through Jan. 31, 2024.
  • Address how your prior work experience and skill set specifically make you the ideal candidate for a position with the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl?
• Please clearly indicate which concentration area you are interested in obtaining.
• Please submit a resume, cover letter and contact information for three references.
• Please indicate if you will have any academic obligations (classes, projects, etc.) during the period of June 21, 2023 through Jan. 31, 2024.
• Candidates should not contact the Peach Bowl, Inc. office for initial status updates. Candidate evaluation consists of a resume evaluation period, Zoom interview period and a final in-person interview period (which could also be conducted remotely, depending on the location of the candidate). Final selection of candidates is targeted for the beginning of April. Please note that the final selection date could be extended as evaluations are conducted.

• Assist in the management of volunteer content team around major events (Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game, Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl).
• Stay current with social media trends and topics (both in and out of college football)
• Website & Mobile App
  • Assist Integrated Marketing Manager with website and mobile content updates as needed, including creating graphics for the site.
  • Monitor web traffic and analytics for the websites and mobile app.
• Scheduling of marketing/communication meetings.

• Assist in implementation of the Bowl’s annual marketing and communications plan.
• Graphic Design
  • Create graphics and update graphic templates for weekly social media content for Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl social media channels.
  • Integrate the Bowl’s look of the game into all graphic content throughout the year.
  • Work with staff on marketing, events, communications, ticketing, and sponsorship graphic design needs.
• Marketing
  • Assist in implementation of the Bowl’s annual marketing and communications plan.
  • Assist in production, shooting and release of video segments.
• Work with staff on marketing, events, communications, ticketing, and sponsorship graphic design needs.
• Monitor web traffic and analytics for the websites and mobile app.
• Assist Bowl staff and fellow interns as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Integrate the Bowl’s look of the game into all graphic content throughout the year.
• Routinely monitor Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl social channels and deliver metrics for weekly content and social reports.
• Assist in production, shooting and release of video segments.
• Social Media
  • Help with idea generation and content creation for all Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and Dodd Trophy social media accounts.
  • Routinely monitor Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl social channels and deliver metrics for weekly content and social reports.
