Graphic Design Assistant Jobs

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. The ideal candidate will also act as an ambassador for Company’s brand and maintain consistency and support to the department.

Responsibilities:

·Create marketing collateral for properties, including flyers, aerial maps with logos, and site plans.Produces advanced specialized maps, utilizing geographic and demographic information pulls using programming, database, and graphics skills.

·Support departments with information GIS and demographic pulls data

·Design editorial layouts for brochures, financial packages, advertisements, and other projects

·Prints, orders, (or binds) collateral design packages, story boards or similar with our vendors

·Supports communication, and marketing of capabilities; as well as providing analytical support to both internal and external clients

·Design permanent signs and window signs for brokers

·Professional photography support; editing team photos for web usage seasonally

·Produce graphics and social media platform support (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with an understanding of SM campaigns not limited to producing pieces on Canva which might include basic video editing.

·Maintains library of current and previously designed material on company server

·Maintain branding guidelines throughout the company including onboarding collateral distribution

·Update and maintain accurate information on WordPress website

·Create and schedule email blasts

·Logs and prioritizes work assignments to VP Marketing by maintaining weekly task list

·Responsible for multiple, overlapping, project deadlines

·Support marketing events such as local ground breakings, transport, setup, award events, etc as needed

·Maintain promotional logo items inventory, typeset materials to print

·General shipping, labeling and support functions for assets needed at tradeshows, events

·Perform general marketing/administrative tasks for internal and external uses as designated by VP Marketing.

·Ability to create Excel spreadsheets for various projects

Qualifications:

·Minimum of 3+ year of relevant experience preferred in retail commercial real estate

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites including, but not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and proficiency in Canva

·Proficient in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·Ability to multitask, efficiently manage time, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

·Familiarity with GIS - Geographic Information Systems (GIS) fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures proficiently to accomplish analytical work preferred

·Proficiency in REGIS, ESRI Suite; ArcGIS Desktop and extensions (Business Analyst, Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, and 3D Analyst), ArcGIS Online, or ArcGIS Pro type programs preferred

·Knowledge of GIS terms and definitions, PlacerAI, Crexi, Loopnet, real estate terms and definitions, real estate analytical methods preferred.

·Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and also as part of a team

·Self-starter with excellent communication skills with ability to confidently converse with team members and vendors as needed.

·Degree from a 4-year university preferred with emphasis in graphic design or related field
