Now about how you can help us in achieving this goal — The Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist is a part of the Brazen Inspired Corporation GRC team. This role will provide Contact Center Operations support to various Brazen Inspired (BI) Departments including Human Resources, IT and Cybersecurity, and General Support.
Each GRC Specialist within the BI Contact Center will be assigned to one or more designated departments and after undergoing classroom style training, and then “nesting” which serves a purpose of slowly transitioning each GRC Specialist Trainee into production and into their permanent roles as GRC Specialists.

Each GRC Specialist will receive a performance review after 3-6 months to determine whether additional training is needed or whether the GRC Specialist is prepared for promotion into GRC Specialist II position or the Lead Specialist position.
All GRC Specialists who wish to work toward gaining promotion to the Supervisor position and eventually the position of Manager will be required to complete the 8 week BI Leadership Development program, which includes an optional professional certification — fully paid by Brazen Inspired — through The BI School of Excellence (once available) — one of the many NEW perks of joining the Brazen Inspired (BI) team!

Please note that the hours of operation for the BI Contact Center is 24/7/365 and scheduled work hours will depend on assigned departments. Because the BI Contact Center operates in the Eastern Standard time zone, we are only hiring in the following states: GA, AL, TN, NC, SC, FL.

We are seeking to hire 10 GRC Specialists to support our Contact Center Operations.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, IT or Human Resources
Master’s Degree Preferred ***
Experience: Background in Contact Center Operations, preferably in Compliance, Human Resources or Customer Service

Things to Stand Out:

Compliance related certifications, coursework / certificates
Experience using CRM, VPN, G-Suites or MS Office 365 and Slack
Expert researcher and enjoys taking initiative; Proactive

Training Start Date: Monday, July 24th
Starting Salary: $25 hourly
