Go-To-Market Coordinator Jobs

General Purpose:

CORSAIR is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the PC Components, Systems, and Peripherals Go-to-Market teams in Milpitas, CA HQ. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a basic understanding of marketing principles. You will coordinate projects from kickoff to product launch, work cross-functionally with our creative, web, photo, and video teams, and maintain and update the launch calendar and tracker with changes as needed.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a constant communicator, and have strong organizational skills. These skills will be vital in coordinating processes cross-functionally and ensuring on-time delivery of multiple assets from different parties.

Passion for the consumer PC industry and knowledge of CORSAIR hardware is a plus. Creativity and ingenuity are equally valued. The ideal candidate will help evaluate and improve processes and workflow.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, And Expectations

The Go-To-Market Project Coordinator is responsible for creating the checklist of assets needed for a product launch, getting confirmation from the various cross-functional teams, and tracking the development of each asset. This could be dozens of ongoing projects simultaneously at various stages of launch, so experience with project management will be critical.

Responsibilities

• Create go-to-market documentation and manage file repositories.
• Work with Marketing Managers to support Go-To-Market launch plans and define scope.
• Maintain and communicate GTM launch trackers for assets and communicate clearly when changes are needed, and new plans put into place.
• Define and track the parties responsible for each asset, including ensuring that the asset creators have the elements they need to succeed.
• Create basic project briefs and work with GTM Marketing Managers to gather foundational research.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and coordinate with teams to ensure projects deliverables are provided in a timely manner

Essential Skills And Experience

• 1-3 years of project coordination/project management experience.
• Additional experience with SmartSheets, ClickUp, ConceptBoard, and/or other project management tools would be beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network with other teams.
• Passionate about gaming and PC/tech industry. Interest in PC gaming preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant marketing, engineering, or related business field required.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work fluidly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $60,000-65,000
