Job Description
Advance your career as a Market Execution Manager supporting our Albertsons, Kroger and Target account leads and key Customer Division contacts, operating as a single point of contact for WKKCo. We are looking for top talent in the California but will consider individuals in other locations on the West coast to include but not limited to: Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Colorado. As a strategic and integral part of the Division Sales and Retail Execution, you will own the responsibility of driving profitable business growth across Cereal category to drive performance.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Category Development - Ensuring the effective positioning of the category items/ SKUs at the account you will work to drive sales and effective execution of promotions/ campaigns for the category at the accounts. You will report and act on category sales & supply performance metrics within markets to drive established results.
  • Relationship Development – You will interact with appropriate contacts in support of the business. Assisting in developing and strengthening the Kellogg partnership with the Account & Supply Chain teams you will provide better analysis of retail execution insights.
  • Competitive Intelligence – This position is responsible for building and maintaining a deep knowledge of competitive presence within the market. This includes (but not limited to) competitor big bets and promotions, innovation, and customer strategy.
  • Business Strategy - Providing market-specific insights you will develop plans for growth, including leveraging category management, space management, procurement and net pricing.
  • Account Plan Commercialization – Serving as a liaison between the account team, Albertsons, Kroger, and Target Divisions, and retail execution (internal / external) team you will communicate and deliver the plan. You will create collaboration to ensure best in class execution and compliance.
  • Account Insights - Providing fact-based insights your goal is to grow sales across key categories and drive execution performance.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to lead, align, resolve conflict, and work in an ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Significant sales experience in consumer-packaged goods
  • Must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
  • Previous track record of exceptional leadership and results in a sales organization/ account management capacity
