Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Casual Golf Shop Attendant

The Golf Shop Attendant ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. Ensures store meets quantitative measures of performance. Achieves personal sales goals, sales per hour goals and units per transaction (UPT) goals as determined by Retail Management. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Assists in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping. Assists in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock. Aids customers in locating merchandise. Communicates customer requests to management. Assists in completing price changes within the boutique or individual department. Participates in year-end inventory and cycle counts. Assists in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Retail management. Assists guests, ambassadors, reservations agent with securing tee times. Be able to sell the golf course and provide information regarding the course. Be knowledgeable about all golf activities. Assist with providing amenities to guests. Assists Guest Services Staff, when needed. May need to assist with golf bags, assisting guests on the golf course, etc. Any other duties assigned by Head Golf Professional.
