$15 on weekdays, +$2 on weekends!

Shift available: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all sales activities. Duties include greeting customers, answering questions, and interacting with customers from all over the world. You will have an important role, always demonstrating the outstanding customer service that we are known for. Sales Associates maintain a professional attitude and work with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store's commitment to our customers and to fulfill Iowa 80's mission, to be A Place Where People Want to Stop.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
• Positive telephone etiquette
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders. This position involves standing for eight-hour shifts.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Required to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team
