Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.
Our growing company is searching for a Global Trade Marketing Manager, reporting into the Senior Global Trade Marketing Manager.
The Global Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for being the brand and knowledge expert across their portfolio of 2 brands in delivering full-scale plans and activations across newness and core product assortment increasing brand awareness globally and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Funnels daily brand management communication/meetings and updates to Senior Trade Marketing Managers as necessary delivering solutions and decision making as necessary
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Collaborates closely with Regional Trade Marketing teams identifying opportunities for localized activations and creates Marketing Request Form identifying all levers needed for activation serving as the central member to ensure activation executes
- Ensures all product comps are available in a timely manner for photo shoots, distributer/retailer needs and presentations.
- Stays abreast of new opportunities in Digital space that can be applied to our category for new launch activations.
- With Regional Trade Marketing input, collaborates with Global Marketing on developing and executing event strategy in primary retail markets
- Utilizing competitive reference in the marketplace, Develops and prepares the creative briefs detailing the objectives, competitive landscape, target demographics and information pertinent to the project.
- Ownership of their brand(s) Global Trade Calendar used to document and illustrate global activity and animations
- Works closely with social team to drive social engagement around the brand including content creation and ensuring local market needs are met.
- Facilitates the concept-to-market process and manage delivering products on time and within budget.
- Collaborates with in house teams to bring new programs to market, Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Sales as well as Out of house Agencies in the elaboration of new and on-going projects.
- Collaborates directly with PR team creating and keeping updated brand and product sheets working to create training materials and presentations that can be used at the local level
- Acts as liaison between Creative and Regulatory team to ensure that all artwork needs are met for new product development.
- Facilitates and owns the development, timing, and execution of all global POSM, sampling initiatives, creative asset delivery to the Regional Trade Marketing teams working cross-functionally with necessary departments of Global Marketing, Creative, and Operations
- Under supervision of Senior Trade Marketing Manager, delivers seminar presentations, marketing books, product comps and sell sheets on time for each season.
- Working with Creative teams toMerchandising- ensures cohesive in-store presentation for new launches, planograms, in-store event ideas, etc.
- Works with cross functional teams to facilitate and track development of pre-production samples for all launches and deliver on time each season.

- International background (as university exchanges or similar) will be an added value

- A background in Regional / Global-specific marketing roles a strong plus
Education/Experience:
- 5+ years of proven relevant experience in Operational/Trade marketing, preferably in the prestige cosmetics/fragrance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required, MBA preferred.
