The Role:

The purpose of this position is to drive and influence the HR agenda within one or more of the business divisions globally across Envision Pharma Group. This role will be responsible for delivering strategic HR support and ensuring effective delivery against the relevant business vertical/horizontal agenda. Owning and driving strategic people plans, this position will also provide advice, guidance and support to employees and all levels of management, on HR related employment matters and activities.


The incumbent will also support the wider HR team, in the development, consultation and implementation of HR policies for assigned locations and countries. This position will also support the roll-out of key global and divisional projects globally and will work alongside the Operational HR team, Talent Acquisition and Talent Organizational Development teams to ensure the delivery of a complete, seamless, and business focused HR service.

  • Support management with the effective handling of employee relations issues including conflict management, sickness absence, grievances and disciplinaries, etc.
  • Partnering with managers by undertaking regular BP discussions, identifying any HR support and ongoing coaching required to address people management issues. Guide and support managers with the execution of both informal and formal performance management processes and the creation and implementation of robust performance improvement plans.
  • Work with the HR Operations team to build and analyze reports on key people metrics and present insights on data-analysis to support the people strategy of hiring and retaining great talent.
  • Supports designated area of the business to develop a people strategy to support the aims, objectives and tactical challenges of these areas.
  • Support the annual salary review and bonus processes, providing input and recommendations on salary decisions ensuring highest performers are compensated in line with their business impact and contribution.
  • Deliver diversity and inclusion initiatives to raise awareness, encourage open and honest conversations and allow our people to be themselves at work.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team when hiring new talent into the business; ensuring offers are aligned with the business's organization design and that the salary has been properly benchmarked.
  • Work with relevant HR Centers of Excellence to build our insight in how people feel and what's important to them. Analyze and prepare data from the EPG Employee engagement survey and work with business areas to implement actions for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to work on and roll out HR projects, processes and initiatives to drive continuous improvement towards how HR adds value to the growth and success of the business. This will include providing support on critical initiatives such as talent management, succession planning and employee retention.
  • Work with leaders to identify and develop their talent, ensuring we create numerous career defining experiences for our people.
  • Be a credible partner to the business by building collaborative relationships with all levels of managers and with colleagues in the HR organization.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Skills & Expertise

  • Up to 6 years HR experience, preferably in a Global medium sized, matrixed organization. Ideally experienced within Healthcare or Medical Communications.
  • Demonstrable experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation processes, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and a good knowledge of local country legislation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent preferred
