Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation, you will be involved in the design, development and execution of global executive compensation programs and initiatives by providing consulting along with research and analytical support.


This role will also aide in the development of materials for management and the Compensation Committee of the Board, collaboration with partners in the HR Team, Legal and Finance, implementation of programs, collaboration on the production of the annual Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) in the proxy statement and other public filings, and partnership with external independent consultants to deliver on Compensation Committee meetings, programs and projects.


This role will also be involved in broad based compensation including development of salary, equity, and variable pay administration processes (including job evaluation and salary survey management). You will act as an advisor to HR business partners regarding compensation-related topics and develop data-driven solutions to meet specific needs. You will perform analysis and forecasting for purposes of costing, financial accruals and reporting as well as lead global compensation processes while maintaining communication collateral such as policies, guidelines and program summaries.

  • Strong program management, analytical and mathematical skills

Education/Experience:

  • Experience in full cycle compensation program management: project plan, communications, analyses, system testing, implementation, documentation, and review
  • Experience with broad-based global compensation preferred
  • Experience and exposure to executive compensation reporting, benchmarking, and analysis required
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Executive compensation and mergers & acquisition experience preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible Compensation experience in a global company
