About the Team:
The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. This role is reporting to the Head of HR Operations and participating as a strategic consultant to the HR Leadership Team. This function will act as a subject matter expert department, providing advice to HR colleagues and business leaders on all Employee Relations and HR Compliance policies and procedure issues, to ensure consistency across the entire group.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $190000 - $345000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of an ER framework for all key ER activities, including, but not limited to grievance and disciplinary investigations, absence and performance management etc.;
- Represent the organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.
- Partner with both business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs, thoroughly conduct the investigation and reach the best outcomes for our organization and employees;
- Build, implement and sustain a data-informed Employee Relations strategy whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance;
- Work on projects and initiatives to mitigate risk, support or participate in special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input;
- Lead the global Employee Relations team in delivering a proactive and efficient function covering multiple regions including EMEA, AMS, APAC;
- Lead the development and review of employment policies, ensuring they are legally compliant and updated to reflect employment legislation changes;
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
- 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partners, extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practice;
- Project planning and implementation skills, strong people and influencing abilities;
- Experience dealing with a wide range of complex grievances and disciplinaries with a thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration;
- Proven leadership track record with at least 5 years of solid experience in leading global teams;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated communication and organizational skills with the competency to influence across all levels;
