The Global eCommerce Manager is responsible for the eCommerce channel growth initiatives and strategic planning within the Water Quality businesses of Veralto and reports to the Global Director of Digital Commerce within the Digital Growth Team. This role oversees planning, execution, and growth initiatives for eCommerce bookings across multiple businesses.
The eCommerce Manager will collaborate with other vital departments (Digital Experience, Marketing, Sales & Operations, Technology, etc.) to ensure strategic growth initiatives and targets are supported and met annually. This role will also analyze data and trends to optimize the overall performance and user experience of the eCommerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Assess website eCommerce performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to drive growth including channel performance, subscription functions, and merchandising features.
- Align and collaborate across various teams on tactics, priorities, technology, and daily management.
- Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with other team members, managers, and business leaders including selling the value and adoption of the eCommerce channel.
- Engage with business stakeholders and leaders in the broader content, search, and merchandising strategy and objectives.
- Develop annual targets, plans, and initiatives to grow the eCommerce channel in line with the business goals and objectives.
- Perform daily management meetings tracking key performance indicators and problem-solving efforts to deliver on growth targets.
- Identify opportunities to deliver customer and business value, coordinating and prioritizing with UX and Systems teams functional go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Working experience to independently identify, prioritize, and own resolutions on complex technology platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with a proven history of delivering successful digital experiences and a strong analytical approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive toward data-driven solutions.
- Capable of translating complex problems and issues and communicating to non-technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across digital technology platforms that may include but are not limited to Google, Microsoft, CRM, CMS, PIM, etc.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 – 130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
