Job Description

Role: Global Category Consultant/Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Saint Louis, MO

Duration: 12+ months

Interview: Video

U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and those authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered.

Tax Terms: W2, C2C for Own Corp and C2C Open for sub-vendors.

:

  • Very limited Capital Projects experience, particularly heavy industrial machinery, process equipment, electrical, automation, fans, pumps, motors, packaging etc.
  • Deep contracting knowledge and ability to consult Legal Counsels.
  • Vendor strategies, new entrants vs. large global vendors
  • Limited negotiation experience – would require someone who designs negotiation strategy and executes to create value and minimize risk
  • Worked with other category managers
  • Project management experience, no strategic sourcing, a key skill in Procurement – either formal training or experience
