Gis Support Analyst (Remote)

Skill set required è ArcFM, Python, ArcGIS , FME
Requirement details - Onshore position that is 100% support person for GIS Project to provide end user troubleshooting and support primarily for ArcFM Desktop, Web, and Mobile during onshore hours. ArcFM Desktop has the highest end user support needs out of the three applications. The requirements for this role are:
1. Required: Customer Service focus, good communication, good attitude, empathy for user
2. Required: GIS knowledge and troubleshooting
3. Highly Desired: ArcFM Desktop knowledge and troubleshooting
If the resource also has experience with ArcFM Web and Mobile, this is a plus.
4. 5+ Years of experience.
