Job Description

Key Role:

Develop, implement, and support the usage of a data visualization toolkit, including configuration and deployment. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions fora variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide analysis and maps of data layers outlining parcels of land that would be well suited for energy project attributes, based on project requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Experience with creating GIS maps and conducting spatial analysis using ArcGIS
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to performs ad-hoc analysis and maps, as requested
  • Ability to locate available data that could enhance project analysis and provide a different perspective of project opportunities
  • 3 years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Army CIP, FERC 715, SAIFI and SAIDI, and HSIP energy infrastructure data layers
  • Experience with DoD and Army installations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide recurring and ad-hoc project updates and synthesize information clearly and succinctly for key decision briefs
  • Experience with energy project development
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to provide leadership to collaborate and work with diverse team

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
