Job Description

Salary: $200K-$250K x2

Location: (US) Remote


Take Ownership of the North American Strategy | Fortune 500 Customers | Funding from Tier 1 VCs!


Ideal Candidate:


  • Cross-functional experience - knows how to develop Marketing/CS strategies and drive teams together for the NA region.
  • Knowledge of the space: Customer Engagement / CMO sale.
  • 2nd line leadership experience.
  • Drives an outbound culture & motion within the sales organisation, hiring & enabling hunters with a pipeline generation mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial: e.g. scaled ARR from $5-10m - $50m+ for a growth company.


About the Role:


As General Manager, you will drive growth in the North America region and build on the solid foundations set. The role will have direct responsibility for a sales org of c.20 and cross-functional input for the marketing, CS & channel strategies.
