Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive development of employees
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Casual Dining/ Full-Service Restaurant w/ Bar management experience REQUIRED
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
  • High School Diploma or High School equivalency required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification within 90-days of employment
  • Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
  • Valid Driver's License
