Job Description

We are looking to hire a strong General Manager who has a passion for sales, delivering exceptional customer service and leading team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
  • Ability to understand and maintain budgets, while also having a strong handle on P&L
  • Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
  • Understand the accountability chart, roles in the organization, company systems and KPIs
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
  • Developing new solutions to meet customer needs
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity
  • Analyze areas for operational improvement
  • Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers
  • Hiring new staff within a department or business unit

Qualifications And Special Skills Required:

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • 7+ years of management experience in a retail environment. Previous experience with window, roofing or flooring company is a plus.
