Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams
• Successful background in financial/budgeting role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Toyota brand experience PREFERRED
• 3+ years proven Automotive General Manager experience at a LARGE volume dealership A MUST

The CA base salary range for this full-time position is $84,006 to $215, 993. This position is eligible for commission, performance incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
