COO starting salary is $52,000/year, **30 hour workweek.** ($36.11/h) 4 weeks vacation, % equity in the business, $10/hour in meal credits ($15,000/ year value), profit share.

VP/Assistant Managers

Opportunity to grow in your fields of interest. Head a department and collaborate across departments. Pay raise + optional 1% share in quarterly profit/loss.

Initially: Operations and Training, Staff & Scheduling, Sourcing Logistics & Ingredients, Inventory & Food Waste, Building and Equipment

Additionally, Recipes & Menu, HR/Employee Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Community Engagement, Accounting & Finance, Marketing & Sales, Admin & Government, etc.

Kitchen staff and front of house start at $15/hour with ~$1-$7/hour in tips based on shift. Plus get paid in food with $6/hour in meal credit! 10% of quarterly profit divided by hours as bonus.
