As the General Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR functions, including talent acquisition, progressive counseling, and terminations, nurturing a team of passionate individuals dedicated to culinary and hospitality excellence.
• Oversee the overall operations of our esteemed account, ensuring every detail contributes to an extraordinary dining experience.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to curate innovative menus, reflecting the highest standards of culinary artistry and guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and team training to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments, creating a collaborative environment that exceeds expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
