As the General Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and strong team leadership will be instrumental in orchestrating seamless day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all aspects related to P&L and budgeting, demonstrating your financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.
- Implement exciting new culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary team, staying ahead of industry trends and pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation.
- Conduct HR functions, including talent acquisition, progressive counseling, and terminations, nurturing a team of passionate individuals dedicated to culinary and hospitality excellence.
- Oversee the overall operations of our esteemed account, ensuring every detail contributes to an extraordinary dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to curate innovative menus, reflecting the highest standards of culinary artistry and guest satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and team training to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments, creating a collaborative environment that exceeds expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate previous experience in managing budgets within the culinary and hospitality industry, emphasizing your financial expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit a genuine desire to learn and grow within a top-tier foodservice company, embracing the endless opportunities for professional development and advancement.
- Bring a minimum of three years of luxury food service experience, ideally within prestigious hotels, resorts, or Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating your expertise in delivering refined culinary experiences to discerning clientele.
- Possess a BS degree, ideally in Culinary Arts or Hospitality, showcasing your unwavering dedication to the culinary and hospitality fields.
- Thrive in high-volume production and catering, demonstrating your skill in delivering exceptional service under pressure.
