Partner with the best

Responsible for the Areas that support the identification and development of the product offerings for the business. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. Develops the annual plan for the larger unit here at Baker Hughes.

As a Gas Recompression Service Line Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Having frequent and extensive travel within the US market as required.
• Forecasting Gas Recompression alongside the commercial team and developing the repeatable market.
• Overseeing operational growth of the Gas recompression business unit.
• Ensuring the full awareness of and compliance with, the requirement of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE, and emergency procedures.
• Reporting to the US/LATAM Operations Director (PPS-P&M).
• Organizing the schedule to support operations and coordinate the equipment required to execute at a high standard.
• Coordinating with other departments, etc., to optimize efforts and minimize costs.
• Working alongside the Commercial team to promote and sell gas recompression services to Pipeline clients.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum 5 years of within the US Pipeline marketplace.
• Have a technical understanding of Process and Pipeline Services. Pumping, nitrogen, air, chemical cleaning, oil flushing, pigging, hydrocarbons, and separation services.
• Have extensive Experience working with compression equipment for service applications.
• Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Have oil and gas industry knowledge.
• Have a bachelor’ Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Have experience with pumping/compression equipment, piping systems, and engineering drawings.
