As our Video Coordinator, you will play a critical role in organizing and analyzing game footage to assist coaches and players in preparing for upcoming games. This position will work closely with the coaching staff and the players to create highlights and participate in plays on the court. WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: - Prior experience playing with professional basketball team. - Strong understanding of the game of basketball, including offensive and defensive strategies and familiarity with the terminology used by coaches and players. - Strong organizational skills and able to manage large amounts of video footage, scouting reports, and other information. - Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and be able to create highlights and breakdowns of game footage. - Strong attention to detail to identify plays and trends. - Ability to work under pressure by reviewing large amounts of footage and generating highlight reels in a short turnaround time. - Strong and effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills, working effectively in both independent and team settings.
