Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our non-profit organization as a Fundraising Campaign Manager. As a Fundraising Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's fundraising efforts and strengthening our collaborations with large NGOs. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing successful fundraising campaigns while building and nurturing relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and prominent NGOs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for our cause, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of managing successful fundraising initiatives, and a talent for fostering collaborations with large NGOs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising campaigns, leveraging strategic partnerships with collaborating NGOs to amplify our impact.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and influential individuals to secure financial support.
- Collaborate with large NGOs to establish joint fundraising initiatives, leveraging their networks and resources to maximize fundraising outcomes.
- Create compelling fundraising materials, including proposals, impact reports, and partnership agreements, to effectively communicate our organization's mission and collaboration opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns in collaboration with large NGOs, ensuring seamless execution and high donor engagement.
- Utilize fundraising software and Salesforce systems to track donor interactions, manage campaigns, and generate reports, including joint collaboration progress.
- Monitor trends in philanthropy and identify opportunities for collaboration with large NGOs to enhance fundraising strategies.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with existing and potential donors, providing personalized recognition and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop joint messaging and promotional materials for fundraising campaigns with large NGO partners.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, donor engagement, and collaboration metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, non-profit management, communications) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in fundraising, including managing successful campaigns and building collaborations with large NGOs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey our organization's mission and collaboration opportunities to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, particularly in engaging with major donors, corporate partners, and large NGOs.
- Experience utilizing fundraising software and CRM systems to track donor interactions and manage collaborative campaigns.
- Knowledge of current fundraising trends, best practices, and regulatory compliance related to collaboration and relationship building with large NGOs.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
