Croton-on-Hudson first-time parents are seeking a patient, engaging, team player, and confident nanny to care for their 4-month-old baby. The nanny will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the baby while providing a nurturing and enriching environment for the baby to explore and learn. This can involve providing activities that encourage the baby to use their senses and develop their cognitive, motor skills and work on developing the baby's social skills by engaging in interactive play and encouraging communication. The family values open communication and transparency with their caregiver, so the nanny should feel comfortable discussing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Both parents are hybrid workers, primarily working from home, and one or both parents will always be home. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a home with a cat.

Requirements:

Extensive professional experience with infants

Infant CPR/First Aid Certified

Must be COVID-19 vaccinated

Must have their own transportation and clean/valid driver’s license

Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Knowledge of early childhood development and infant milestones

Must be comfortable with a cat

40 hours guaranteed
