SUMMARY: Maintain proper kitchen and dining room set up, wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils and pans, empty trash containers regularly, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, assist with special events (such as birthdays or holidays), handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service. Training is provided!
Hours: Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday 1:00pm-7:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
- Clean food prep stations and equipment
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
