Front Desk /Sales Associate – BFT Roswell

The role of the Front Desk/Sales is responsible for greeting customers, answering the phone, calling new leads, signing up new members.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.

Success in this role looks like:

• Daily Closing sales of memberships by connecting with potential customers by phone, email, in person or text.
• You will be an enthusiastic contributor to creating a positive members experience and to meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales target.

Your Role:

• Sell memberships by phone, text, email or in person.
• Help to manage social media.
• Membership sales including overcoming objections and prospect follow up
• Greet members and check them in
• Answer the phone to potential customers or current customers and address their questions.
• Help open or close the studio.
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and conversion.
• Display proficiency in ClubReady
• Keep a positive and high energy atmosphere.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ Years of Experience in Customer Service
• Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience in fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services

· Excellent communication, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour + Commission
