What You’ll Be Helping Achieve


Groundswell is a fast-growing company working in a very agile environment. This position will help the company normalize and stabilize facility and corporate operation functions.


What You’ll Be Working On:
  • ID badges for employees and guests
  • Procuring office space, ordering food, set up and clean up (must be able to lift 50lbs or less)
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Answer the phone and be the face of Groundswell offices as the receptionist
  • Parking management to include access and validation
  • Event coordination to include:
  • Serve as the POC for office-related materials and services; Maintain ordering of inventory of office supplies, food, and beverages ensuring items are stocked as appropriate
  • Administer the following:
  • Doorbell monitor – main POC for reception
  • Data watch security contact
  • Help coordinate office repairs, escalate /maintenance, and vendor management


Required Experience:


  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including organizational, time management, communication (oral/written), customer service
  • Experience coordinating office facility workspaces, including furniture, repairs/maintenance, and escalating vendor management to executives.
  • Basic technical competency to troubleshoot issues with badging, parking issues- ability to communicate and escalate as needed
  • Proven experience overseeing office administration within a corporate environment
  • This position is 100% on-site
  • Previous executive and administrative experience
  • Ability to manage tier I helpdesk requests related to office administration
  • Ability to adapt to Microsoft Suite and other technologies such as Data Watch
  • Must adhere to confidentiality expectations
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office suite


How You’ll Excel In Your Role


  • Desire to grow in the area of Corporate Operations in order to support the following areas in times of surge: Contracts, IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, Security, Quality
  • Proficiency in English a must; proficiency in Spanish, nice to have
