Does that sound like you? Then look no further. Apply today!! Overview: The Front Desk Coordinator position is part-time and provides clerical supportive services for the Behavioral Health Programs. Primary responsibilities include answering and routing incoming telephone calls, greeting and screening individuals for appropriate services when coming in for treatment, gathering demographic information necessary for Electronic Health Record, and checking individual's eligibility. This position involves direct contact with clients to carry out duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in daily mail, shipping, and receiving routines.
  • Assist in scheduling individuals for services within the Electronic Health Record.
  • Position works primarily in office setting at the Outpatient Treatment Services locations; however, there may be possible travel between sites.
  • Secure office building at end of business day.
  • Experience working with an Electronic Health Record system.
  • Reserve agency vehicles and calling bridge for staff. Requirements
  • Act as first point of contact on multi-line phone, screen and direct calls to the appropriate staff.

  • High School diploma or equivalent along with 2+ years of clerical experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines and organizational policies Working Conditions:
  • Answer visitor inquiries about Familylinks and provide basic information as to services and programs.
  • Determine client financial liability and coverage and checks eligibility verification for Medicaid insured individuals.
  • Request and collect co-payments from identified clients in a client sensitive manner if working in a site with outpatient services.
