Freelance Jr Graphic Designer

Description
Imaginative, curious, and adaptable — you sweat the small stuff, because you know that great design is in the details.
In this role, you will provide critical day-to-day studio support for creative teams in the production of print and digital/interactive materials. You will report to the Lead Production Artist for day-to-day project assignments but also collaborate with the Agency’s creative services team members for implementation and direction. You will:

• Pick up projects mid-stream and carry visual consistency through all stages of design and production
• Oversee, implement, and act as keeper of visual brand mandatory consistencies
• Understand how to keep and maintain brand consistency
• Stay current on trends in design, typography, and advertising design

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Experience developing business presentations from concept to completion for a variety of materials including branded decks, slide docs and speaker presentations
• Presentation design experience using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Word
• 1+ years’ experience in Graphic Design or Advertising industry

Desired Requirements:

• Sketch and Figma experience
• New business experience
• Experience using dynamic content including animations, video, excel data, and hyperlinks

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $30-$40/hr but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
