The Role
We are looking for a talented data analyst to join our growing Fraud Platform Integrity team. The Fraud Platform and Integrity team is tasked with partnering with Risk Infrastructure, Fraud Policy, Product and Engineering teams to drive the enhancement of fraud prevention infrastructure. This includes assessment of 3rd party fraud vendors to accelerate fraud prevention capabilities and fraud incident management. The ideal candidate should be familiar with SQL and Python and have experience working with Snowflake and Tableau. They will be required to work independently and will need to be self-motivated to achieve the company's objectives in fraud prevention. What you’ll do:
The Fraud Prevention Data Analyst will be responsible for the following:
  • Build reports and dashboards in Tableau to provide insights and trends to management.
  • Create models to optimize fraud vendor costs.
  • Continuously monitor fraud prevention measures to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify fraudulent activities and trends.
  • Monitor fraud patterns and identify potential risks and threats.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as required to support fraud prevention efforts.
What you’ll need:
  • Proven skills in A/B testing, experiment set-up, and analysis
  • Mastery of SQL and a strong understanding of data relationships / relational databases, experience working with large datasets. Proficiency in Python is highly preferred.
  • Extensive experience and passion for metrics and dashboards visualizations on Tableau.
  • A degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., Statistics, Finance, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering)
  • 4+ years of data analysis experience preferably with focus on risk management and/or fraud prevention
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Experience in banking and/or fintech industry
  • Experience storytelling through data.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver results

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
