Job description

Key Requirements

  • Handle client calls regularly, ability to present to clients
  • Ability to establish strong client relationship
  • The foreign language team aids in translating process documents, reports, and presentations from foreign to English and vice versa, as required.
  • The team is responsible for processing claims, and reconciliation of Invoices reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Candidates from BPO/ KPO Industry dealing with Financial Transactions
