Floater -Production ---3Rd Shift---

POSITION: Floaters - Production
LOCATION: 1006 Fairway, Bensenville, IL 60106
SHIFT: Friday & 3rd SHIFT (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) - Sunday thru Thursday
Floater position will be divided into two (2) parts: detail cleaning of any area of the plant or filling in and operating equipment in all the process areas. This person must become qualified as Production Cook, as a Machine Operator, Palletizer, Extrusion Operator, Packer, Line Supply, and Warehouse Forklift Driver department.
The Extrusion Operator oversees the extrusion process to ensure proper size and crust of product. All operators assist each other with changeovers, cleanups, and general maintenance of the starch room. All operators ensure a quality marshmallow is produced and presented to the packaging machines
Requirements include: High School diploma; must read and write English and understand basic math, must be able to regularly lift 40 pounds. Work experience in food manufacturing environment, confectionary preferred. We will train the right person. Weekend work may be required (overtime and double time pay will apply).
