Position: Flight Coordinator/Dispatcher

Our Company:

Located at one of the world’s busiest general aviation airports, our aircraft management company has built an incredible worldwide reputation in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a talented SOC/Dispatcher to join our team.

Highly robust compensation package which includes 100% employer paid health care for the employee (based on core plan - Gold PPO plan with an option to buy up for Platinum PPO) and 80% for dependents, employer paid dental and vision for employee and dependents, 401(k) with employer “one-for one” match up to 8%, STD, LTD, and life insurance $200,000 with potential increase to $400,000 paid by employer (1x annual salary).

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

·Coordinate with and support flight crews in the planning of all domestic and international flight.

·Ensure all crewmembers are accurately briefed of any and all duties assigned by Flight Operations department in accordance with company policies and procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, and department guidelines.

·Arrange for and coordinate FBO services, aircraft handling, crew transportation, hotels, and other passenger amenities.

·Ensure required trip sheet and all other trip documents are sent to and received by appropriate departments.

·Obtain and arrange for AROs and other flight related authorizations, including International permits, Intl. Overflight permits, Customs, Immigrations, and APIS for all flights as required.

·Ensure that the appropriate fuel discount program is used at each destination, on a trip basis.

·Ensure that all crew members assigned to each flight meet client qualification requirements.

·Monitor crew flight, duty, and rest time limitations.

·Willing to be available 24/7 and be scheduled as an after-hours on-call person in rotation with on-call schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Education and Training:

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·Experience with Flight Quoting Software a Plus

·Experience in Customer Service a Plus

·Experience in Private Aviation a Plus

·2+ Years of Experience with Aircraft Charter (Operator Preferred)
