Job Description
Academy Air is looking for a few good men and women to join our outstanding team of Service Professionals.


The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.


What’s in it for YOU


Pay Up to $19.00 hourly after training and paid weekly.


Performance bonus potential


Schedule


  • Sunday 730am - 3pm
  • 4 Days on 3 Days off
  • Monday - Tuesday 7am- 3pm
  • Will require weekends
  • Saturday 730am - 5pm
  • With 1 hour lunch break

What YOU will do


  • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information as necessary
  • Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines
  • Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information as necessary
  • Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency
  • Monitor field technicians in order to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time
