What impact will you have?

• You will manage the full-cycle process of vehicle documentation from ingestion to subscription to resale

What will you be responsible for?

• Process and document management of vehicle in-fleeting, customer deliveries, on-boarding new subscription customers, titles, registrations, plates, renewals, HOV stickers, vehicle accessories, vehicle remarketing
• Miscellaneous administrative functions including but not limited to managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing of license plates/registrations/stickers, customer communication.
• Supports the registration renewal process and distribution of renewals to customers
• Filing and organization of new vehicle packets
• Support the ingestion process completing new vehicle acceptance, title, and registration documentation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
• Support the onboarding process managing the inventory of accessories provided to customers to ensure their safe return.
• Manage the vehicle license plate process to ensure customers receive their plates in a timely manner
• Mange vehicle titles, filing and corrections

Who will be successful in this role?

• Strong attention to detail
• 1+ years of vehicle administration experience
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, clean driving history, and ability to be insured
• Ability to work OT and weekends, as needed during peak periods
• Available to work a flexible schedule to support business needs including nights and weekends
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace products
• Great written and verbal communication, and organization skills
• Proven track record of a strong work ethic

$25 - $25 an hour

This base pay range is for Southern California and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amount will vary depending on experience and location.
