Financial Reporting Analyst Jobs

Now seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst with at least two years of professional experience and at least one year of Real Estate Industry experience. This is an in-office role; local candidates only.

The Financial Reporting Analyst will support and work closely with the SVP of Portfolio Management, the Portfolio Management Associate, and the broader Transactions Team of a nationally recognized real estate development and investment company. The Financial Reporting Analyst will focus on investor and lender reporting as well as provide support in financings, dispositions, and portfolio management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting materials for investors and lenders.
• Support in the preparation of ad hoc lender and investor requests.
• Perform various analyses for our portfolio of properties.
• Support the due diligence process for financing and sale transactions.
• Manage investor data through the CRM platform.
• Assist in the preparation of offering materials for financings and dispositions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the existing portfolio and the real estate markets.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, or a related area.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Excel and Word.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
